At Jax & Jett, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

If for any reason your item isn't quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds to your original payment method.

Important Return Guidelines:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in resalable condition—free from stains, perfumes, or deodorant marks.
• Please include your full name and order number inside the package to ensure your return is processed correctly.
• Returns received without this information may not be eligible for store credit/exchange or may be delayed.
• All sale items, clearance items, and in-person shopping event items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
